Today I want to talk about Duplication

I have learned from my fiancé, Scott Giorgini, that the real key component to be successful in ITV Ventures? business is you have to care far more to help people in your organization to be successful in the business. He called it as ?Duplication?

what is the duplication? Duplication is giving the people in your organization the ability to do exactly what you do. Of course, you can recruit as many people as you want, but if you care enough to plug them in to a system that allows them to do exactly what you do then your business is destined to fail.

Today I exerienced a defining moment that comfirmed that duplication is in fact, occuring within my fiancé ?s ITV Ventures? organization - The Champions Team.

The scene was familiar at the ITV Ventures? ?Super Saturday? training event here in Buffalo, NY Champions Team headquarters hotel - the Holiday Inn Airport.

Scott and I were getting ready to leave the house, then Scott received a call from David (his business partner) letting him know that his babysitter had canceled and he would be unable to attend the event. Often, both of them will do the training together, but It looked like he was going to have to be the whole show today.

However as he began delivering the ITV Ventures? Opportunity Presentation, he realized that he was sharing the room with three other Platinum IBOs from Champions Team. It was a pleasure moment to see so many qualified trainers in the team. And yet, it?s simply coming from the ?Duplication?.

Several months ago, Scott and David began to work on the ?Platinum in 90 Days? System because they believed it would allow even the least experienced person to flourish. They worked very hard on the system and were anxious to see how it would work for the average person, so they set out to test it utilizing their own team members. The results have been overwhelming - over 40% growth every 30 days and during this testing phase, the ITV Champions Team nearly tripled in size.

Today, I witnessed a graphic illustration of just how successful that program truly had been. Use of that system had culminated in the development of several strong leaders right here in the Buffalo area - those Platinum IBOs I had mentioned before - and there are several more popping up in his organization all throughout the country with countless others ready to break.

So, because of the duplication that the Platinum in 90 Days system had created, there were enough other qualified leaders in the room to allow Scott to step back and let them have the floor, training others and sharing their successful stories.

It?s such again a pleasure moment to be a part of.
