Let a REALTOR take you on a no-pressure, guided tour of Open Houses in a different DC neighborhood each weekend. We do all the preliminary work for you. Just meet up on Sunday afternoons at a local coffee shop in the selected neighborhood to cover a bit of information about the homebuying process, then walk around to view 5 or 6 different properties.
